Join Trailhead Thailand for an easy an enjoyable bike ride around Chiang Mai at dusk and see the golden spires of the many temples sparkle in the dusk light. Stop at Wat Phra Singh and listen to the monk’s chanting during their evening prayers and take in the peace and serenity of the beautiful surroundings.
Learn a little about the history of the old town as you cycle through quiet alleys and rarely used backroads before reaching a local night market where you can sample some delicious treats and delicacies, all inclusive in the package price.
After the visit to the local market you will make your way back, passing some historical sights along the way before ending the city cycling tour at the Trailhead shop. The total tour duration is between 2-2.5 hours depending on group size and time spent at each point.
This is an easy cycling tour requiring minimal effort. As the tour takes place at dusk the temperature is several degrees cooler than during the day and a perfect trip for families with young children (aged 12+).

Meeting/Pick-up points: Guests to be picked up at hotel, guesthouse, home etc., please advise when booking. Pickup locations must be within Chiang Mai city limits.
What to wear and bring: Loose fitting clothes that cover the knees as we will visit places of worship, outdoor shoes, sunscreen and camera.
Restrictions: We have no minimum age, but we require the person to be at least 140 centimeters tall.

17:45pm Pick up from hotel and transfer to Trailhead office
18:00pm Shop departure
18:15pm Arrive at Wat Phra Singh, talk to monks, take photos and learn about the history
18.45pm Arrive at former prison and learn about the fascinating histor
19.00pm Visit night market, wander around tasting delicious treats
19:45pm Continue on ride through small alleys and back roads
20:00pm Program wrap-up and return to Trailhead shop
