into Doi Inthanon National Park stopping off at some of the most scenic
waterfalls in the region on this one day hiking and sightseeing tour. This is the perfect hiking tour to avoid the heat and humidity of Chiang Mai with the tour taking place at 1000m+ altitude. The hike is 4km along mostly gentle terrain as well as some steep steps in places to reach the base of some of the waterfalls. You will be guided by a local villager and so part of the fee is directly contributing to improve employment conditions in the region and learn about the flora and fauna along the trail which consists of pine forest, rivers, waterfalls and farmland as you descend towards the village.
Once in the village, lunch and coffee will be provided inclusive of the tour price and you can learn a little about the history and culture of the village which was founded approximately 150 years ago. We will stop off at 1 last waterfall on the way back to the city to relax and take some photos.
